Information for NHS staff taking part in the survey
If you have received an EMAIL invitation to the survey: there should be a link in the email invitation taking you directly to your online survey. If you cannot find the link or it does not work please contact the contractor helpline number contained in the email invitation.
If you have received a LETTER invitation to the survey: please complete the printed survey and return it in the addressed envelope that came with your survey.
Information for organisations carrying out the survey
The Co-ordination Centre is responsible for co-ordinating the staff survey at a national level on behalf of NHS England. Decisions on the survey design and implementation are made by NHS England and led by the NHS Staff Survey Improvement Board.
