Staff Survey 2015

We are pleased to announce details of the 2015 NHS Staff Survey.

The NHS Staff Survey is recognised as an important way of ensuring that the views of staff working in the NHS inform local improvements and input in to local and national assessments of quality, safety, and delivery of the NHS Constitution.

Plenty of preparation for the survey is needed during August and September, all the materials and guidance required to carry out the survey can be found on the Survey Documents page. Just follow this link.



We will be communicating directly with all NHS organisations on a regular basis making sure you are kept up-to-date with key survey developments.

The Co-ordination Centre is responsible for co-ordinating the staff survey at a national level on behalf of NHS England. Decisions on the survey design and implementation are made by NHS England and led by the NHS Staff Survey Improvement Board.
