NHS Staff Survey
Welcome to the NHS Staff Survey website. The survey is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world and is carried out every year to improve staff experiences across the NHS. The survey is aligned to the NHS People Promise. The survey is owned by NHS England and the Staff Survey Coordination Centre is based at Picker Institute Europe.
The NHS Staff Survey 2024 has now closed and results will be published on this site at 9:30am on Thursday 13 March 2025.
